Assalamu Alaykum, The MSA 2010-2011 Elections will begin on Sunday, March 21st at noon and will end on Wednesday, March 24th at the same time. Please remember that registration is mandatory BEFORE the voting starts - if you don't register before Sunday you will not be able to vote. To register, please fill this online form.

Assalamu-Alaikum dear MSA members, MSA members are required to nominate other members to run for the MSA UBC executive elections. Please consider the following guidelines: 1) The nominee MUST be recommended by at least two other MSA members. The election commissioner will ask the nominee whether he/she agrees on his/her nomination or not. 2) The nominee MUST be a full-time UBC student. 3) The nominee MUST be an MSA club member. 4) It is an asset if the nominee has done some voluntary work for MSA in the last year(s). To volunteer for a director position, the fourth guideline doesn't apply and you can be a new MSA member or a new student in UBC with no previous involvement with MSA-UBC. To nominate someone as an executive or to volunteer as a director, please send the commissioner (msaubcelections@gmail.com) the NAME and EMAIL of each nominee. You can nominate as many members as you wish as long as they abide by the rules. The deadline for sending nomination is Wednesday, March 17th, 2010 at 12:00pm.
